We are registered as an Upper Tier Waste Carrier, Broker & Dealer (Registration No: CBDU630659).

All services are provided in accordance with applicable UK waste legislation and Duty of Care requirements.

Quotes & Pricing

All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer, including photographs, descriptions, and access details.

Quotes are confirmed prior to attendance but are subject to verification on site.

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd reserves the right to revise pricing where:

additional waste is present
waste differs in type, weight, or volume
waste was not visible or disclosed
access conditions differ from those described

Any changes will be discussed and agreed before work proceeds.

We reserve the right to:

revise the quotation
remove only the waste originally quoted for
decline the job where agreement cannot be reached

A minimum charge applies to all bookings.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full prior to the removal of any waste, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd reserves the right to:

request full or partial payment in advance
refuse to commence or complete work until payment is received
retain waste on site or in vehicle until payment has cleared

For approved commercial or trade clients, credit terms may be agreed in writing at our discretion.

Late payments may be subject to interest and recovery costs in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

Photo-Based Assessments

Photo-based assessments are used to estimate volume, weight, loading time, access requirements, and disposal costs.

Customers must ensure all information provided clearly shows:

all waste to be removed
access routes and restrictions
heavy, dense, or specialist materials (including rubble, soil, plasterboard, or bulky items)

Where information is inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading, Eco Waste Wizards Ltd reserves the right to:

revise the quotation
complete only part of the job
refuse to proceed

Any additional costs incurred may be chargeable.

Hazardous & Prohibited Waste

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd does not remove hazardous or prohibited waste, including but not limited to:

asbestos
chemicals
clinical or medical waste
any material classified as hazardous under UK regulations

Customers must declare any potentially hazardous materials prior to booking.

If such materials are identified on site and the job cannot proceed, a call-out charge will apply.

Access, Parking & External Charges

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and adequate access.

Any additional costs incurred during the job, including:

Congestion Charge
ULEZ charges
parking fees or permits
fines resulting from lack of permits or incorrect instructions

will be passed on to the customer where applicable.

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd reserves the right to apply additional charges or refuse to proceed where access is unsafe or restricted.

Subcontracting

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd reserves the right to use subcontractors where required.

All subcontracted work will comply with these Terms & Conditions and all applicable UK waste regulations.

We remain responsible for ensuring work is carried out to an appropriate standard.

Cancellations & Abortive Visits

Short notice cancellations may be subject to a cancellation or call-out charge.

Abortive visits caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or prohibited waste will incur a charge to cover time and operational costs.

Waste Disposal & Compliance

All waste is handled in accordance with UK Duty of Care requirements and transferred only to licensed waste facilities.

Waste Transfer Notes are available upon request.

We prioritise recycling wherever commercially and operationally viable.

Liability

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd will not be liable for delays, additional costs, or failure to perform services due to factors outside our control, including:

inaccurate customer information
restricted or unsafe access
third-party restrictions
undisclosed or hazardous materials

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses.

Property Condition & Access Risk

Customers must ensure safe and adequate access.

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd will not be liable for damage where access is restricted, tight, obstructed, or unsafe.

Any pre-existing damage must be declared prior to work.

Ownership of Waste

Once waste has been removed, ownership transfers to Eco Waste Wizards Ltd for transport, processing, and disposal in accordance with legal requirements.

Waiting Time & Delays

Where delays occur due to customer readiness, access issues, or third-party restrictions, additional charges may apply.

Payment Default

Where payment is not made as agreed, Eco Waste Wizards Ltd reserves the right to charge interest and recovery costs in line with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

We may also suspend further services until outstanding balances are cleared.

Acceptance of Terms

By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.

Changes to Terms

Eco Waste Wizards Ltd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

The version in force at the time of service will apply.
